Being experienced professional in information technologies, ITIL structured operations, global logistics, and financial management, as well as having an extensive background in industrial manufacturing operations, Tarik’s skills set are an inseparable part of Storsen’s solutions and excellence.

With a PhD in entrepreneurship and a Master degree in Business intelligence, Erol also has over  20 years of work experience in France and in Western Balkans in private, public and NGO sector.  Erol is skilled in leadership and project management but also in strategic partnership development as he worked for numerous diplomatic missions in BiH.  Assignments covered  various economic reforms and areas  including investment promotion, labour market, skills development and job creation. Being an Ironman and a marathon runner, with a very well trained, organized and a goal focused mind,  Erol is applying the same Ironman approach to his career and business challenges.

He has also worked as a consultant, trainer and  an entrepreneur where he learned the importance of empowering people  through high emotional intelligence in order to have a team of highly motivated achievers.
